Bills sign Chris Kelsay

The Bills have signed 2003 2nd Round draft pick Chris Kelsay hours before rookie and selected veterans camp are scheduled to arrive at the team's rookie and selected veteran training camp. He was the 48th overall selection in the 2003 NFL Draft.

As we reported earlier this morning the Bills wre close to signing 3rd Round draft pick Angelo Crowell and 4th round pick Terrence McGee. According to team President and GM Tom Donahoe the team "has reached a verbal agreement with Crowell" and "very close to signing McGee to a contract".
