Mike Mularky had continues to fine tune his coaching staff this week by adding a new running backs and special teams coach. Though Mularky isn't making a complete overhaul he has kept the team's LB and assistant defensive coach.

Buffalo Bills coach Mike Mularkey added another assistant to his staff Thursday, hiring Eric Studesville to be the running backs coach.

Studesville spent the past three seasons coaching the New York Giants running backs. He replaces Les Steckel who joined the Bills last season after the team lost RB Steve Fairchild who left the Bills to became offensive coordinator of the St. Louis Rams. Yesterday, former Rams' special teams coach, Bobby April, was added to replace Danny Smith as the Bills special teams coach. Smith left the Bills to join former Bills head Gregg Williams in Washington as their special teams coach.

Meanwhile, LBs coach Don Blackmon and Defensive Assistant Chuck Lester were both retained by the team yesterday. Blackmon joined the Bills last season while Lester has been with the team since 1987.
