Nate Clements Joins Pro Bowl

Buffalo Bills cornerback Nate Clements was named to his first Pro Bowl on Friday.

He will replace Chris McAlister and first alternate Patrick Surtain of Miami on the AFC roster.

McAlister will miss the game with a foot injury, while Surtain, who was named to the team on Wednesday, is also apparently injured.

The 25-year-old Clements led the Bills with six interceptions which tied him for the second most in the NFL among cornerbacks and he finished the season tied for fifth on the Bills with 87 tackles.

Nate Clements joins teammates DT Sam Adams, LB Takeo Spikesa and kick return specialist/CB Terrence McGee in the All-Star contest. Recommended Stories
