Training Camp 2010 is scheduled to begin with the first practice in the afternoon July 30, and it figures to be an intriguing summer for the Dolphins. We take a look at the Dolphins heading into camp by breaking down the team by position with an analysis of the biggest issue at each spot and a projection of the roster battles. This installment looks at the tight ends.

TIGHT ENDS

On the roster: Anthony Fasano, Joey Haynos, John Nalbone, Kory Sperry

Number likely to be kept: 3

On the 2009 opening-day roster:Anthony Fasano, Joey Haynos, John Nalbone

The big training camp question: Can Anthony Fasano regain his form of 2008 after a disappointing '09 season?

Analysis: This very well could be the most settled position on the team because everybody is back from last year and nobody has been added. Fasano, Haynos and Sperry ended last season on the roster, while Nalbone ended up on the practice squad after being the Dolphins' fifth-round pick. There is little reason to think that will change this summer unless Nalbone can show major improvement over last year.

Who will make the team: Fasano, Haynos, Sperry
