Biography:
Pro: Big, physical, experienced offensive lineman with position skills...Signed by the Raiders as a free agent (released in training camp, re-signed in November 2003)...Has played in 16 league games with 12 starts since entering the NFL in 1999 with Buffalo.

Career: Suited up for four league games with the Raiders in 2003. In camp with the Bills being released by prior to the first regular season contest (9/1) in 2002. In 2001 Hulsey .ade NFL debut for the Bills starting versus New Orleans (9/9) at right guard...Played in all 16 regular season games, including 12 starts at right guard...Allocated to NFL Europe by Buffalo...Started at offensive tackle for the Amsterdam Admirals.

College: Second team All-ACC selection following his junior season at Clemson...Left Clemson after just three years after starting all 11 games in 1998&Started 22 of his final 23 games...Saw action in five games as a true freshman in 1996...Majored in Parks Recreation and Tourism Management.

High School: Four-year letterman at North Hall High School and was ranked as the sixth best offensive lineman entering the ACC in 1996...Played offensive and defensive line in high school and finished his senior season with 75 tackles, five sacks, and three fumble recoveries...Also wrestled and won the state shot-put title as a junior.
