Buffalo Bills (2001-2002)
Signed by the Bills less than a month after being released by the Redskins... Selected to the Pro Bowl in 2001... Caught 80 passes, setting
Bills record for running backs... Became the first NFL running back to catch over 700 passes in a career... 29 of his 80 receptions in 2001 were on

all sixteen games for the first time in 1992... Finished second in the NFL
for catches by a running back in 1993... Made 77 catches for 647 yards in
1994... Had arguably his best season in 1995, catching 101 passes for 962
yards and two touchdowns... Another excellent season in 1996, catching 99
passes for 766 yards and seven touchdowns... Missed time with a knee injury
in 1997, still managing to catch 54 passes for 409 yards and rush 101 times
for 276 yards... Pro Bowl alternate in 1998, after making 69 catches for the
Cardinals... Released by the Cardinals in June 1999. |
